Szymkowiak & Associates is looking for an energetic, motivated professional to join our Team as Human Resource / Finance Manager.

Requirements/Experience:

  • 4 year college degree
  • 3+ years of proven leadership and success in all areas of human resources, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations
  • Must have a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, enthusiasm and willingness to represent company in a professional and positive manner
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels
  • Bookkeeping Skills
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
