- 4 year college degree
- 3+ years of proven leadership and success in all areas of human resources, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations
- Must have a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, enthusiasm and willingness to represent company in a professional and positive manner
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels
- Bookkeeping Skills
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
